Led by Dr. Thomas Lavallais, a dedicated educator with 12 years of experience in higher education and K-12 settings, The Tailored Educator, LLC is passionate about fostering growth and leadership in education. Dr. Lavallais brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by students in urban and culturally diverse environments. He is a nationally recognized expert in student leadership development and educator empowerment, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful programs.At The Tailored Educator, we are a team of experienced educators and consultants dedicated to empowering students, educators, and mentors to reach their full potential.
